I found Generations Roofing to be very fair and thorough. I had 3 bids for repairs on my roof after one of our monsoons last summer…. One was more than double the cost and another didn’t even go up on the roof to check it out. Generations was fairly priced and also the only ones to give a temporary fix for the leak I had. I have recommended them to others and would definitely use them again if needed.

WOW ! These guys get 5+++++ Our roof sprung a leak in Oct. after 3"rain.Thought we could ignore, since rains little in Tucson. Then got 2" rain in Nov.& 2nd leak! Actually had nerve to drip from ceiling into our jet tub. New meaning to "RAIN SHOWER" ! Figured we would get 3 estimates. First company came and price took our breath away ! Second call was to Generations Roofing. We never made 3rd call. After meeting Jared, who was 15 min. early for our appt., you right away picked up that he was a man of integrity and loyalty. Sealed the deal when his estimate was REASONABLE to replace our complete underlayment. He also offered to get tarp and cover leaky part of roof, till they could do the job. He did that and 2 days later we got more rain(in Tucson ?)and no leak. He did good. Jared didn't think they could get to job for 4-6 weeks. Then a space opened and he and crew were here in 10 days ! He said it would take 5 days. It took 5 days. They were here promptly @7am each morn and gone @2pm each day. PERFECT ! These guys were not only professional and took pride in their work, but they got along with each other. You would hear talking, laughing and one guy was whistling at times. They were nice to have around & Jared was a great mentor. Like the Energizer Bunny. Jared said they would clean up all job related debris including EVERY nail and they did . Jared, you and your crew did us right. We HIGHLY recommend this group to everyone !

I had had several companies come out to give me a quote, and Chris with Generations Roofing was the only one who explained in detail the entire process, the materials that would be used, the time frame, and answered any questions I had with knowledge and confidence. Their rates are competitive and I felt confident choosing them. The work crew showed up on time every day, were friendly and respectful, communicated with me if they had to leave early due to rain, cleaned up thoroughly upon completion (In fact, my patio was cleaner than when they'd arrived), and kept me in the loop throughout. Jared was a pleasure to work with on the finance end, as well as reiterating the process as it was progressing. When I had a question about a small aspect of the job upon completion, Jared was quick to drive over and inspect the area himself and communicate with me about the area in question. I would 100% recommend Generations Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

Last summer, I recognized a serious problem with my metal roof. I asked around, did an Internet search, and discovered that not very many roofing contractors work on metal roofs. The first company I contacted were impossible…after trying to make an appointment with them for weeks, I got a voicemail chastising me for not being home when their estimator came by when I wasn’t home! The second company showed up within a week, but the owner never even shut off his truck engine. He just stood in my driveway, looked up, and gave me a price. Since my options were few, I asked for a firm bid in writing. Long story short, I waited 6 months (with emails every week or so) and never got the bid. There was one more option in my search. They came out in 2 weeks, and actually took the time to go up on the roof and look at the situation. The estimator promised me a bid in 3 days. Since this was around Christmas, I wasn’t worried when a week passed. Or even 10 days. After 2 weeks, I emailed the company, asking when I would receive my bid. I was assured it was on the way. Two more weeks passed. More emails. Three weeks. Finally, the estimator contacted me to say they would not be able to help! Frustrating and stressful. Then, I happened to see a commercial on TV for Generations Roofing. I contacted them via their website. Chris came out within a week, took the time to walk the roof and give me a complete game plan…one that made sense. End result? I hired them and they did a superb job. They arrived on time, worked hard, and got the work done in a few days. And they went the extra mile to secure the portion of the roof that was not to be replaced. I’m so impressed! I recommend them highly.

We would give this company more than 5 Stars if we could. We had a complicated situation because a previous owner built an extensive structure that was held up by one fascia board. The pitch was less than perfect which caused severe water damage. Two other companies looked at this job including a very well known Roofer that mainly works in Phoenix. Both companies would not touch it because of the difficulty and safety issues involved. Chris at Generations understood the problems instantly and knew exactly how to correct several areas. The crew of four men worked for three long days starting with demolition and finishing with a beautiful coating over the new framing and entire roof. We noticed how careful they were during the huge demolition part of the job. They handled the old beams so cautiously to avoid injuries and there never was a mess anywhere. Everyone was so kind and appeared to really enjoy their job. We are so satisfied and recommend them highly.

We contacted 3 roofing companies and were not pleased with the prices and reviews. We saw a commercial for Generations Roofing and called them. Jared came out right away and was amazing! He is a man of integrity and loyalty, it shows in his demeanor. He explained to us everything, how long it would take and price. Very reasonable! The crew came each morning, promptly and were friendly and professional and worked hard. We will be telling everyone we know about how wonderful they all are! I would like to give great kudos to to Generations Roofing! I know I'm not the easiest person to work with but Jared and Chris from Generations Roofing were the best! They addressed everything I asked them to do with politeness and honesty! I contacted 4 roofing companies and Generation 's Roofing was the company that followed up by checking on me. After further discussion of what was needed Generation's Roofing response, job and clean up was excellent! I couldn't be happier and the best part was the realistic price that the job cost me.
